copapy.backend.get_all_dag_edges_between(roots, leaves)

Get all edges in the DAG connecting given roots with given leaves. Leaves not connected to a root yield no edges.

Parameters:

nodes – Iterable of nodes to start the traversal from

Yields:

tuple[Node, Node] – Tuples of (source_node, target_node) representing edges in the DAG
